Developed a travel emissions analytics solution using Celonis Process Mining and Python to identify emission hotspots and optimize business travel. Built an XGBoost model for high-carbon trip classification using data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

AI-Powered Multi-Domain Support Triage Agent

Developed an AI-powered Support Triage Agent using Python, TF-IDF, and LLMs to classify and route customer support tickets across multiple domains. Integrated retrieval-based context and safety validation to automate accurate, grounded support responses.
